For Garnish
Optional:
½

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries
In a bowl, toss sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice.
Let them sit for 10 minutes, allowing the juices to release and create a natural syrup.
Step 2: Make the Mascarpone Mixture
Using a hand mixer, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then continue beating until smooth and fluffy.
Step 3: Dip the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee or strawberry juice—don’t soak them too long to prevent sogginess!
Step 4: Assemble the Tiramisu
Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
Add half of the macerated strawberries on top.
Repeat the layering process with another set of ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and strawberries.
Step 5: Chill & Serve
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, garnish with white chocolate shavings and extra strawberry slices for a beautiful finish.
