Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • For the Pasta
  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • For the Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • For the Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • For Garnish
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Pasta
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  • Drain, toss with 1 tablespoon butter, and set aside.
  • Cook the Beef & Bacon
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned.
  • Drain any excess grease and set the beef aside.
  • Cook the bacon separately until crispy, then crumble it.
  • Make the Alfredo Sauce
  • In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, then stir in Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Melt the Cheese
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Combine Everything
  • Add the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and ground beef to the skillet.
  • Toss everything together until well coated in the creamy Alfredo sauce.
  • Garnish & Serve
  • Sprinkle with green onions and extra shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
