Ingredients
  

  • For the Steak Bites:
  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • For the Pasta:
  • 12 oz shell pasta
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cook the Pasta
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the shell pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.
  • Before draining, reserve ½ cup of pasta water to use in the sauce.
  • Drain the pasta and set aside.
  • Step 2: Sear the Steak Bites
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add butter to melt.
  • Add the steak bites, season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  • Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
  • In the same skillet, add butter and garlic powder over medium heat. Stir for 30 seconds to bring out the flavors.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Step 4: Combine Everything
  • Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water into the Alfredo sauce, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.
  • Return the steak bites to the skillet and gently toss everything together.
  • Cook for 1–2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
  • Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley (optional).
  • Serve warm and enjoy this creamy, savory masterpiece!
