Ingredients
For the Ranch Chicken:

For the Add-Ins:

cooked & crumbled

For the Sandwiches:
Brioche or hamburger buns
Lettuce
tomatoes, pickles, or extra cheese (optional toppings)
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
Pour in chicken broth and ranch dressing for added moisture.
Step 2: Slow Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
Step 3: Shred & Mix
Use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the crock pot.
Add in cubed cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Mix in shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped scallions.
Step 4: Assemble the Sandwiches
Spoon the warm ranch chicken mixture onto soft buns.
Add optional toppings like lettuce, tomato, extra cheese, or pickles for extra crunch and freshness.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
